CoNaln recommends taking 50 mcg of the Moderna booster dose for the entire target population. Maintain the 100-mcg dose for immunocompromised hosts pending data specific to this population; Recommends booster vaccination for adolescents 12-17 years with: 1) mRNA vaccines (Pfizer at a dose of 30 mcg. or Moderna at a dose of 50 mcg (except in immunocompromised hosts in whom the 100-mcg dose will be used). 2)The interval with the recommended initial regimen should be no less than 4 months; Regarding the booster dose in children 3-11 years CoNaln recommends waiting for more evidence to formulate a recommendation in this regard. In the meantime, CoNaln suggests encouraging the population to complete primary regimens, resume regular regimens, and prioritize groups at risk; Recommendation for the population of 3 and 4 years: a booster with Sinopharm at an interval of no less than 4 months.
