The Vaccination Schedule for 2023 is under discussion. Despite the introduction of the Hexavalent vaccine as the first booster at 15 months, which includes the polio vaccine, it is recommended to continue the second booster at 4 years with OPVb. Avoid administering the MMR vaccine simultaneously with the varicella vaccine as it may increase adverse events following immunization (ESAVIs). For the year 2024, it is recommended to start hexavalent vaccination at 2 months of age and introduce a third dose of MMR in adolescents due to outbreaks of mumps in this age group. Additionally, consider replacing the Td vaccine at 10 years with Tdap, as well as in the elderly population.
