HIV: Should receive a complete series, regardless of CD4 count and viral load; Solid organ transplantation; Limited vaccine response; Vaccinate 2 weeks prior to surgery; If generated post-transplant, should be at least 3 months post-transplant as long as no acute cellular rejection is present; If on anti-CD20 therapy, should be vaccinated 6 months later; All health personnel and caregivers should have complete vaccination schedules.
