1) Recommendation of booster dose with bivalent COVID-19 vaccines: use of boosters with bivalent vaccines for priority groups. For regulatory reasons the vaccine to be used for this action will be the bivalent COVID-19 Pfizer-BioNtech vaccine BA.1 and BA.4/BA.5.  The interval between the bivalent booster dose and the last dose of COVID-19 vaccine (bivalent booster or primary scheme) will be 4 months.  The minimum vaccination schedule for immunocompromised persons eligible to receive booster with bivalent vaccines has been defined: dose 1 + dose 2 + REF bivalent (three doses) + REF bivalent (4 months after the last dose).  2) Recommendation for booster dose in 3- and 4-year-old children who received Corona√ac (Sinovac): A booster dose, preferably with the pediatric Pfizer vaccine, was recommended for 3- and 4-year-old children who received two doses of CoronaVac vaccine in the primary regimen.  The EPI prepared a technical note for this recommendation.
