COVID-19: Use the Bivalent vaccine in all age groups from 18 years of age, considering a minimum of 3 doses, with an interval of 3 months for its application as a booster, prioritizing the population at risk and availability of the vaccine. Use of the Modern Pediatric Vaccine at other ages according to the scheme presented, especially as a third dose booster from 6 years of age with an interval of 3 months after the second dose. The Modern Pediatric Vaccine runs out in May, actions should be taken until the vaccines are exhausted and then wait for the bivalent platform to continue vaccination at this age, but only for children with vulnerability or risk. CDC should consider for the next meeting information on the relationship - Unvaccinated versus hospitalized by life course, as well as working on information on the morbidity versus hospitalized association. Evaluate the steps to be taken when the WHO reports that COVID-19 disease has become endemic. Since there is a limited stock of bivalent vaccine, priority should be given to at-risk groups. That the fourth dose should continue to be applied to those who require it, but that the third doses should be completed in persons over 5 years of age, and then the bivalent vaccine should be applied in the prioritized cases and perhaps later in the population that requests it until the stock of this vaccine is used up this year.
